Uzoefu is a platform that connects users with unique experiences and activities offered by independent providers (âActivity Providersâ). Uzoefu does not own, operate, or run the activities listed on the App.
Activity Providers are solely responsible for:
Safety
Delivery of the experience
Accuracy of information
Legal compliance in South Africa
Uzoefu cannot be held liable for the actions, performance, or omissions of Activity Providers.
3. User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate personal details
Keep login information secure
Notify us immediately of unusual or unauthorised activity
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Booking on Uzoefu
A booking is confirmed when:
You select an experience
You complete payment
You receive a confirmation message or email
Activity details such as pricing, availability, location, and restrictions come directly from the Activity Provider.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Uzoefu does not store your full card or banking information.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Each activity on Uzoefu has its own cancellation rules. Users must review an activityâs cancellation policy before booking.

7. Provider Changes or Cancellations
An Activity Provider may cancel an activity due to:
Weather conditions
Scheduling or operational issues
Safety concerns
In such cases:
You will be notified
You may be offered an alternative date or a refund (based on the Providerâs policy)
Uzoefu is not responsible for such cancellations.
8. User Responsibilities
While using Uzoefu, you agree not to:
Abuse or misuse the App
Post false or misleading information
Harass Activity Providers or other users
Attempt to bypass booking or payment processes
Engage in illegal activity
We may restrict account access where misconduct is detected.
9. Safety & Participation Risks
Some activities carry inherent risks or require physical participation. By booking through Uzoefu, you acknowledge that your participation is at your own risk.
Uzoefu is not liable for:
Injuries
Loss
Damages resulting from participation in activities.
Activity Providers may require additional consent or safety forms upon arrival.
10. Intellectual Property
The Uzoefu brand, logo, content, designs, and software are owned by Uzoefu (Pty) Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse any materials without written permission.
11. Privacy
Uzoefu processes your personal information according to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy (below).
12. Limitation of Liability
As permitted by South African law:
Uzoefu is not liable for errors, cancellations, delays, or damages caused by Activity Providers
Uzoefu is not responsible for losses arising from the use of the App
Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the booking in question
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Uzoefu harmless from claims or damages arising from:
Your use of the App
A breach of these Terms
Participation in activities booked through Uzoefu
14. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
